Add probiotics to your diet— published: 08-30-2010
Probiotics are “good bacteria” that live in our intestines. They reduce the effects of harmful bacteria and have many health benefits. They help maintain natural bacteria balance in your intestines which promotes a healthy digestive system, and may prevent colon cancer. Foods that contain probiotics include yogurt, keifer, cultured milk products, sauerkraut, tempeh, and miso. Consider adding some of these foods to your diet.
