Eat chocolate – in moderation!
— published: 09-15-2010A recent study found that while eating chocolate frequently and in large amounts did not appear to have a protective effect against heart failure, moderate chocolate consumption was linked to lower risks of heart failure. Women who ate one to two small portions of high-quality dark chocolate per week had a 32 percent lower risk of developing heart failure. Those who had one to three servings per month had a 26 percent lower risk, while women who ate at least one serving daily or more showed no improvements.
