The Army Ranger Program has comprehensive training documents for their physical fitness training program called RAW 3.0. RAW is created for elite athletes and has four components: physical training, nutrition, mental toughness and prevention and management of injuries. The RAW PT manual v3.0 discusses movement prep, recovery, strength training, power training, endurance training, running form, principles of movement skills and speed and agility. Physical Readiness Division

The Physical Readiness Division (PRD) develops tactics and techniques related to the Army Physical Readiness Training (PRT) and Testing. PRD provides expertise to unit commanders and Soldiers through lessons, slides, videos, and training guides. Specific resources for the PRT include exercise videos, leadership tools, and environment guidelines

Army Training Network

The Army Training Network (ATN) provides useful information regarding Physical Readiness Training (PRT). ATN includes an iPhone App and a quick reference card. Chapters 1-10 take Soldiers through each aspect of the PRT from leadership to the various types of exercises involved, and finally recovery.

      USMC Fitness Readiness Guide
      The USMC website provides videos and explanations of exercises from their HITT Program. You can create an individualized program using their templates and even include other training events (Water Survival or Commander's Choice, for example) in your program.
