DIRECTIONS

CP: Thaw strawberries under refrigeration at 41°F (5°C).

  2. Place thawed strawberries, orange juice, yogurt, banana, frozen strawberries and honey in a blender. Blend on high for 3 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately.

  2. This recipe creates a 16 oz portion that is intended for meal replacement. Smaller sizes from 8-12 oz should be offered when possible to accompany a meal.
