Most dining facilities take 6–12 months to execute all G4G 2.0 requirements. A phased approach is recommended. The phases are: Planning; Phase 1 implementation: “Soft Launch”; Phase 2 implementation; Phase 3 implementation: “Gold Standard”; and Maintenance. Make sure to review the timeline before you start G4G planning.
