Training and Presentations
Human Performance Resources by CHAMP (HPRC) is a team of scientists and subject-matter experts who translate research into evidence-based resources to help Military Service Members and their families achieve total fitness and optimize performance—whether they’re at home, in the office, or in theater. The Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) is a DoD Center of Excellence affiliated with the Department of Military and Emergency Medicine at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland.
CHAMP’s HPRC team delivers webinars, presentations, workshops, and print and online resources—that span the domains of Total Force Fitness (TFF)—to the military community. Optimal performance is more than just being physically active and eating well; it’s a combination of mental, social, familial, behavioral, nutritional, spiritual, and physical fitness.
Grounded in research, developed specifically for the military community, and focused on actionable change to improve well-being, HPRC products provide the best health and performance information possible to influence decision-making that optimizes readiness and peak performance.
The HPRC team is available to deliver presentations on topics suitable for Military Service Members, military family members, military healthcare and performance providers, the DoD, and other government agencies. While most presentations are intended for a 60-minute time block, they can be customized to meet your audience’s needs. The HPRC team can deliver presentations that focus on a specific topic or series of TFF topics to cover how the various elements of TFF impact health and performance.
