Help educate Service Members on how to create tasty, performance-focused meals. Display the Go for Green® Taco Bar poster in a prominent place in your dining facility to increase visibility and interest in plant-forward ingredients beyond the Main/Hotline.

Taco Bar

Step 1: Choose your base. Choose from Green-coded whole-wheat tortillas, Yellow-coded soft corn tortillas, or Red-coded corn taco shells.

Step 2: Pick your protein. Choose from any of these Green-coded options: pulled pork, shredded chicken, or blackened fish

Step 3: Boost your veggie intake. Choose any of these Green-coded options: black beans, pinto beans, lettuce, salsa, corn, tomatoes, jalapeños, and onions.

Step 4: Explore toppings. Choose Green-coded avocado, guacamole, or low-fat Greek yogurt. Choose Yellow-coded cheddar cheese or feta cheese.
