Patient Education Handouts

NCC Military Sports Medicine Fellowship | Navy | Army | Air ForceThese handouts were developed by the National Capital Consortium’s Military Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship to provide patients with pertinent information about their musculoskeletal injuries. The handouts include a brief background on the injury, emerging therapies, and basic rehabilitation exercises to treat the injury.

These handouts are not intended for patients to self-diagnose or treat their injuries, and should only be used at the direction of their medical provider. Patients should discuss an at-home recovery regimen with their medical provider before starting the exercises in these handouts.
