DIRECTIONS
- Prepare all fruits and vegetables in accordance with guideline card A-G 31. Dice apples to ½-inch and slice onions thinly.
- Combine spinach, apples, onion and raisins. Toss lightly to thoroughly mix ingredients.
- CP: Hold for cold service at 41°F (5°C).
