Helping Teens Manage COVID-19 Pandemic Challenges

The recent COVID pandemic has brought new and diverse struggles to everyone, but teenagers have to overcome a particular set of challenges. Whether it’s adjusting to home learning environments, physical distancing and finding new ways to connect with friends, coping with changes to summer plans, or the loss of milestones, teens need extra support from the caring adults in their lives to navigate this time safely and mindfully.
