AFI44-102 (certified current 2016) includes Air Force policy guidance on pregnancy- and newborn-related services, including preventive exams during pregnancy, gynecological services, family planning, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, restrictions for pregnant personnel, and newborn screening and care. (This Air Force Instruction also includes other kinds of medical care, such as primary care, surgery, lab tests, radiology, pharmacy services, allergies, immunizations, medical-related legal issues, and assistive technology.)
